Personalisation

If you have made an order, you will not receive your tickets immediately, but an email with a confirmation of your order. You will receive an e-mail from Paylogic with which you and your friends can personalise and download the tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: The tickets will be sent to the main booker AFTER all tickets have been personalised.
AFTER all tickets successfully have been personalised, the main booker will receive all the ticket in his/her mailbox. These ticket grant access to the festival.
Maximum tickets per order:

Maximum of 4 Saturday Tickets per order
Maximum of 4 Sunday Tickets per order
Maximum of 4 Weekend Tickets per order
Maximum of 4 Premium tickets per order
Maximum total of 9 tickets

Extra options like E-lockers, Transport and Parking cards have a maximum of 9 per order.

Defqon.1 Travel & Stay packages

Defqon.1 offers a variety of tastes when it comes to accommodation during the weekend. It is possible to buy a Travel & Stay Package during the member sale. The e-mail that contains your ticket code also contain a link to buy a Travel & stay Package.
